[latent builds

AI systems for real businesses.

Latent Builds is an independent AI implementation studio. I help businesses identify useful AI opportunities, improve workflows, and build internal tools and custom applications that create measurable value.

Latent Builds creates practical AI systems—sometimes for clients, sometimes as standalone products.

Start with the workflow. Build only what helps.

The goal is not to add AI everywhere. It is to improve the outcome. Some processes need a custom internal tool. Others only need a better system and a clean handoff.

Products, client systems, and work in progress.

A mix of public products and private implementation work. Client-sensitive details stay anonymized.

Focused tools for recurring problems.

Some recurring problems become standalone products. Latent Builds develops browser extensions, AI research tools, and internal software alongside client work.

Built and led by Morgan Crozier.

Latent Builds is run by Morgan Crozier, an AI implementation consultant and product builder based in Chiang Mai. I bring approximately 15 years of experience across marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, technology, and business operations.

I work directly with companies—from workflow analysis through implementation, documentation, and handoff—and use tools including ChatGPT and Codex extensively in the work.
