Latent Builds is a founder-led AI implementation studio run by me, Morgan Crozier. I am based in Chiang Mai and work directly with businesses to find useful applications of AI, improve workflows, and build practical systems.
My background crosses marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, technology, and business operations. That mix matters because implementation problems are rarely just technical: they involve people, incentives, existing software, customer expectations, and the way work really moves through a company.
I use ChatGPT, Codex, and other AI platforms extensively, build standalone products, participate in Chiang Mai’s AI and professional community, and bring the same hands-on approach to client systems.

- Understanding the current process, incentives, constraints, and handoffs before deciding what should change.
- Technical implementation
- Building internal applications, AI-assisted systems, browser products, integrations, and operational tools.
- Practical handoff
- Working directly with the people who use the system, then documenting and training so the build can become normal operations.
“Latent” refers to useful capabilities or opportunities that already exist but have not yet been turned into working systems. “Builds” is the important part: the studio is focused on implementation.
